Through our Community Investment program, Gold Candle is happy to support local organizations’ initiatives that contribute to the well-being of our host communities. These initiatives could be in the form of a project, a program, an event, or support for a cause put forward by a community organization or individuals in the community.

Here are examples of initiative(s) supported by Gold Candle in the past:

  • Computers to McGarry public library

  • Helping Heroes Heal Foundation

  • Bursary to Graduating Students residents of local communities

  • Replacing old gymnasium lights with new high efficiency LEDs at the Virginiatown Community Centre

  • Donations to the McGarry Country Jamboree
